We value transparency, move with purpose, and focus on delivering measurable improvements within realistic timelines. The goal isn’t just to create plans, it’s to implement change that lasts.Based in Mendocino County, we serve clients across Northern and parts of Central California. While we work with private organizations, we bring deep experience supporting local government agencies and navigating the unique challenges of public-sector operations.
Trish Tracy, CEO
Trish Tracy is the Founder and CEO of Slydell & Porter. She has been formally working in process mapping and performance optimization since 2022, with a long-standing interest in operational efficiency that began earlier in her career through inventory management and customer-experience improvement.Her work in local government revealed a clear need for stronger policy development, structured process mapping, and measurable performance improvements across departments. Recognizing the broader demand for this type of support, she founded Slydell & Porter to bring practical, implementation-focused solutions to organizations throughout the region.Trish is an AIGPE™ Certified Process Mapping Specialist and Six Sigma White Belt, as well as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), and is currently pursuing her ScrumMaster Certification (CSM). She specializes in helping teams move from paper-heavy or fragmented systems to streamlined, accountable, and sustainable operations.
